Guide for Using Palladio
Palladio is a robust tool for working with structured data. I appreciate all of the options available to representing this data in the Graph view. It lets users ask and answer of number of research questions that could come up during their research process. However, the lack of deep customization with which nodes to present made some of the graphs difficult to read even with moving the nodes to different places on the screen. However, I appreciated that I was better able to move them and have them stay in place when compared to Google fusion. Using Palladio leads me to wanting to try Gephi as an alternative since it is also open source but allows for greater customization.
